Our Doula Collective

Our doulas are called to this work with hearts rooted in faith and hands ready to serve. Each member of our collective believes birth is sacred, guided by God’s design, and deserving of compassion, dignity, and unwavering support. We walk alongside families with prayerful intention, gentle strength, and deep respect for each unique journey, trusting that God meets every parent and baby exactly where they are. Through encouragement, advocacy, and loving presence, our doulas strive to reflect Christ’s love—bringing peace, confidence, and hope into every birth space.

Caitlan S. CLD,CPD,CBD

President

Caitlan is a Birth Doula, Bereavement Doula, Postpartum Doula, Student Midwife, and President of the Doula Collective. With extensive hands-on experience supporting families through birth, postpartum, and prenatal care, loss Caitlan brings a deep respect for physiological birth, informed consent, and family centered support. Her work is rooted in presence, advocacy, and honoring each family’s unique journey.
Having spent long hours in birth spaces, homes,birth centers and hospitals, Caitlan understands both the beauty and the intensity of this work. She is deeply passionate about sustainability in birth work, recognizing that doulas deserve the same level of care they so freely give to others. As President, she is committed to building a collaborative, supportive collective that uplifts doulas, fosters continued education, prevents burnout, and creates space for rest, growth, and professional integrity.
She envisions a collective where doulas feel valued, supported, and empoweredbso they can continue to show up fully for the families they serve.

Justine Johnson

Student doula

I am a faith-centered doula student called to walk alongside families during one of the most sacred seasons of life. With a calm presence and a compassionate heart, I support pregnancy, birth, and postpartum through prayerful encouragement, informed guidance, and hands-on breastfeeding support. I believe God designed mothers with wisdom and strength, and my role is to help families feel confident, supported, and at peace as they nurture new life.
